Let's talk vibrations. All living things have vibrations because all living things are composed of and animate energy. Your body's energy translates into waves of frequency pattern that is uniquely you. That is why you often hear people say things like "you have really good vibes" or "this person is giving off bad vibes." You may not see these vibrations, but most people can feel them and the vibrations certainly can be measured scientifically through instruments that detect subtle energy. Generally, when your vibrations are low, you will move at a slower rate, you will feel more lethargic or even depressed. The higher your vibrations are, the lighter and better you will feel. However, let me first say that having higher vibration doesn't make you a "better" person, nor does having lower vibration make you a "bad" person. You are vibrating at the frequency you are meant to be at any given moment. It is just something we all have to work through. We do however try to maintain our high energy level because it is through this work that we connect to our divine selves. This will allow us to become aware of the direct link to the higher consciousness that provides the guidance to heighten our awareness, to develop our intuition and to increase our sensory abilities, leading a more conscious life. The next few posts, I will first discuss what are the common things that might cause your vibrations to plummet.
