Food and Toxins

We can maintain our high vibrations by focusing on intaking healthy, fresh foods and drink lots of water. The greasy and highly processed foods including meat will cause our bodies to burn extra energy. By consuming them, we will feel tired and lethargic. It is especially true when the animals we consume lived in fear their entire lives. By consuming good meat, it can help us maintain good health and regulate our mood as well. 

 

Toxins is everywhere. It is in our food, water, the environment, the products we use on our bodies. This puts a high strain on our health and also affects our subtle energies. We are forced into defense mode to protect ourselves. If possible, eat only pure and organic products to help lessen the load on our system.
