This is a continuation of my post from yesterday.
3. Om Namah Sivaya. This means I bow to that which I am becoming. In this mantra, you have Shiva representing our inner reality, allowing us to see the truest form of ourselves. When chanting this, we will expand our innate wisdom that we all carry within us. The gurus that are within us will be awaken and become our guides assisting us through our ignorance. Only then, can we shine with true happiness.
4. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu. This happens to be my favorite mantra. I chant this during yoga, before a meditation, even play it as I fall asleep. Why? Because it is a very powerful and beautiful mantra. It means may all beings live in happiness, free of suffering and in divine union. It is my to-go prayer at difficult times. It helps release anger and reaffirms our commitment to happiness to all beings.
5. Om Gum Ganapatayei Namaha. This mantra has quickly become one of my favorite after a yogi friend held a meditation chanting it. It meant I bow to Ganesh, the remover of obstacles. I pray for protection and blessings. I felt such courage within us during the mediation. It will affirm our ability to overcome all difficulties. We will learn the real lessons of accepting defeat or loss.
