Release of Liability and Health Waiver

I hereby assume the entire risk of any personal physical or psychological injury, damage, loss, harm, death, claim, medical expenses and any other type of expense that might occur during or as a result of my participation in Francine Ang/Soulful Om programs, or for any accidents that may occur on the premises or during class on zoom. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I, my family members, heirs, or legal representatives, may have now or hereafter have against Francine Ang/Soulful Om its owners, members, employees, and contractors. I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue or exercise legal right to seek damages from Francine Ang/ Soulful Om for any injury or undesirable consequence of qigong, yoga and meditation practice, whether due to accident, negligence, or other cause. I understand that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of California. Accept these terms below. Thank you!
